So excited to release my second book in The Broken Pieces series, Pieced Together. Kyren and Brogan’s story continues. This second installment in the series continues where the first left off, albeit three years later, and Kelly wasted no time bringing Brogan & Kyren back together in a very clever way! I experienced quite a few “awww!” and “oh my gosh!!!” moments in this book, and Kelly did a great job of, once again, building up all different kinds of tension throughout. Brogan and Kyren’s love for each other was as fierce as ever, and I loved reading every minute of it. The ending was interesting; I can honestly say that I have never read an ending quite like this one before. Brogan and Kyren get their well-deserved HEA, but the ending is left wide open for subsequent installments centered on different characters. Yes, I am a Introvert. What makes me that way is a really long story. I think a lot of authors are introverts. I am not saying this is a bad thing, but sometimes I get wrapped up in my own little fiction world. One the things that I have loved about trying to promote my books is the connections that I have made with other Authors, Bloggers, Promoters, Editors and Designers. We are all in this together and supporting each other is crucial to all of us, not only for sales, but for kinship. I have learned that I enjoy promoting other people. I like the connection. I like that I help in some small way other people to be successful in whatever their roll might be. It is kind of like a “supporting role” in a movie. The “supporting role” is to make the main character look better to help their character along the way. This introvert likes the “supporting role” position.
